Tired of reporting on CPCs, CTRs, CPMs, clicks, impressions, and other boring PPC metrics? We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our team and lead a growing retail portfolio.

In this dynamic role as Paid Media Specialist , you will be at the forefront of developing and executing digital marketing strategies across SEM & Paid Social, for a diverse retail client portfolio.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients by driving online sales growth and optimizing performance marketing efforts. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record, we would love to hear from you.

We don’t just stop at paid media; This includes operations, website optimization, customer experience, and more. Implement strategies for SEM & Paid Social across your client portfolio.
Execute and optimize campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Microsoft Ads.
Analyze, Optimize and report on campaign performance to meet client objectives.
Facilitate performance check-ins with internal and external partners.
Provide strategic support to senior leadership.
2+ years in Paid Media management (SEM or Social) with a focus on eCommerce.
~ Proven success in driving online sales growth through performance marketing.
~ Experience with web analytics platforms like GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
~ Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
