Your job:

  • Optimize interactions with clients on thetechnical, administrative and operational aspects of their investmenttransactions.
  • Use an advisory approach by detectingopportunities and referring clients to the right specialist.
  • Propose transaction and investment solutions when analyzing clientfiles, if required.
  • Support Financial Planners in dataanalysis and solving complex files to satisfy clients.
  • Ensure compliance with the processes used and the implementationof new features.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and riskmanagement rules.

Your team:

You’ll be part of a team that stands out for its strongcollaboration. You’re known for your empathy and open-mindedness.You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills through training,hands-on learning and discussions with your partners. This positionreports to the Financial Planner Manager.

This positionrequires you to be present in the workplace in order to fulfil clientand operational needs. Forexample, we offer work schedule arrangements to help you achievework/life balance and flexible leave that you can take when it’simportant to you.

Prerequisites:

  • High school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or collegediploma and 1 year of relevant experience
  • Mutual FundRepresentative (MFR) license (or obtain certification within 3 monthsof hiring)
  • Experience in customer service and interest inbusiness development
  • Basic investment knowledge
  • Experience in administrative support and in processing investment,financing and transaction products
  • Proficient with IT toolsand comfortable navigating digital tools
  • Ability torigorously manage several requests at the same time
