Who we need:

Reporting to the Director, Digital Strategy, we are looking for a Digital Tagging Analyst. You will play a critical role in enhancing our data collection, functional tagging, and analysis capabilities. Supporting the continuous improvement of our digital properties, you will develop and implement effective tagging strategies across our app and web platforms. Additionally, you will be integral in developing and maintaining a digital reporting dashboard and helping to drive actionable insights and showcasing areas of opportunity.

This hybrid role requires work in-office 2-3 days a week.

As our new Digital Tagging Analyst, you will:

  • Optimize tagging. You will implement and maintain accurate tagging for all digital components to track user behaviours, interactions and offers that trigger engagement.
  • Share actionable insights. You will analyze collected data to identify trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Enhance user experience. You will contribute to revamping the app platform, ensuring new features and functionalities are seamlessly integrated and user-friendly.
  • Execute digital strategy. You will contribute to the digital roadmap, drawing in information gathering through effective tagging strategies.
  • Recommend cost savings initiatives. You will identify and execute cost-saving strategies, reducing reliance on external vendors and improving in-house capabilities.

  • The technical skills. You are proficient with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, and modern data management tools.
