Dental Receptionist

The successful candidate should be comfortable with or willing to learn A/R, dental insurance pre-authorization, dental insurance electronic submission, creating estimates, bookings, billings, follow up, spreadsheets, and communications with patients.

Excellent math skills and experience with dental billing software are preferred (we are using ClearDent). The successful candidate must be able to perform all administrative duties necessary to ensure that the dental practice is running smoothly. Attention to detail, staying calm under pressure, and being able to work as a team member or alone are required. The applicant will need to be friendly, caring, and should have basic dental knowledge/terminology. We are looking for someone who will be a long-term dedicated employee. CDA license not required, but would be an excellent attribute.

Wage is strongly dependent on the experience of the applicant. If you'd like to join our amazing and lovely team, please email your resume or apply in person. Only serious applicants should apply. At least 1 year of dental office experience is recommended. Position is 4-5 days a week, Monday through Thursday, and 1-2 Fridays per month.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
