Quelles seront mes fonctions dans ce poste?

En tant qu'architecte au sein de la Direction de l'investissement dans les immobilisations en matière de santé, vous devrez :

  1. fournir une expertise, un soutien et des conseils en matière de conception architecturale dans le cadre de l'élaboration de plans, de stratégies et de recommandations sur la gestion des actifs régionaux;
  2. représenter le Ministère dans les forums municipaux, provinciaux et nationaux, pour élaborer des plans et des normes en matière de soins de santé à l'échelle nationale;
  3. négocier des solutions aux problèmes/obstacles liés à la planification et à la conception dans le cadre de l'élaboration de projets d'investissement et de plans de gestion des actifs régionaux;
  4. participer à l'élaboration et à l'examen des analyses de rentabilisation et formuler des recommandations pour les projets d'infrastructure;
  5. participer au suivi et à l'examen des services immobiliers et de réalisation de projets fournis, en veillant à ce que les spécifications, les normes, les lignes directrices et les pratiques exemplaires pertinentes du Ministère soient respectées.

À quelles exigences dois-je répondre?

Ce qui est obligatoire :

  1. La personne candidate retenue doit être titulaire d'un diplôme en architecture et être membre autorisé de l'Ordre des architectes de l'Ontario.

Expertise technique :

  1. Connaissance des théories, principes, pratiques et normes de l'architecture, de la Loi sur les architectes de l'Ontario, de la réglementation, des règlements de l'Ordre des architectes de l'Ontario et d'autres normes de conception du secteur.
  2. Capacité à fournir une orientation, une expertise et des conseils en matière d'architecture à toutes les phases du processus de planification, d'appel d'offres, de conception et de construction.

Compétences en gestion de projet :

  1. Capacité à examiner les plans et dessins de projet ainsi que les accords contractuels, et à fournir une rétroaction et des recommandations.
  2. Solides compétences en organisation et gestion du temps pour respecter les calendriers et les délais des projets.
  3. Capacité à effectuer des recherches en matière de données, de tendances et de résultats de projets, et à les analyser.

Compétences en communications et consultation :

  1. Capacité à mener des consultations auprès des intervenants.
  2. Capacité à établir des relations aux fins de consultation auprès des membres de l'équipe et à collaborer avec eux.
  3. Solides compétences en communications, pour rédiger de la correspondance et préparer des présentations.

Compétences en leadership :

  1. Expérience de la fourniture de conseils et d'orientations au personnel, aux partenaires et aux fournisseurs de services en ce qui concerne les normes en matière d'architecture et du Ministère.
