The impact you will have

As a M365 Workplace and Power Platform Architect, you will be working with a team of Power Platform Developers and driving the architecture, design, and implementation of Power Platform solutions for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful integration of Power Platform services with external systems while adhering to best practices and delivering high-quality solutions.

What you’ll do
  1. Guiding our clients on different ways to employ the Microsoft Power Platform to solve their current business needs while positioning them for future solutions.
  2. Collaborating with members of the development and architecture teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that surpass client expectations while meeting deadlines and budgetary constraints.
  3. Developing solutions that follow best practices and methodologies to assure effective, maintainable solutions.
  4. Participating as an active member of discovery workshops, requirements gathering discussions, documentation development, and pre-sales sessions (if need be).
  5. Training client end-users and junior members of the staff on proper Power Platform development techniques including support for application lifecycle management.
  6. Working directly with project managers to support client status reporting and other artifacts.
  7. Learning new technologies, and improvements to current technologies, to assist in analyzing their impact on current and future implementations.
What you’ll bring to the table

Extensive experience (10+ years) working with Power Platform services including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents (MS Copilot).
Development and deployment of multiple Power Platform projects to external organizations including Canvas Applications, Model Driven Applications, and Power Automate solutions.
Understanding the various data connectors and their licensing model(s).
Understanding of Power Platform governance and security concepts and how to implement them.
Experience with Azure services such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus and understanding the role in potential automation solutions.
Experience with Power Pages (Dynamic Portals / Power Apps Portals) is a plus.
MS Copilot, Azure OpenAI is a BIG plus.
Experience with Web/REST APIs, Graph APIs.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Power Platform solutions, including integration with external services and systems.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong interest in Microsoft Copilot and its integration with the M365 suite.

Desirable Skills

Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Platform Functional Consultant, Power Platform Developer) are highly desirable.
Experience deploying and maintaining the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
Experience developing web pages using CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, and the Bootstrap framework.
Experience developing PCF controls and their installation/configuration.
Dynamics 365 customizations.
Experience with Azure DevOps and its integration into the Power Platform.
Exposure to AI concepts including creation and utilization of custom models.
Exposure to Power Virtual Agents (PVA) and their development/deployment.
Experience with Liquid + Power Page extensions is a plus.
Experience in Agile methodologies and familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus.
Strong interest in the development of AI/ML powered data solutions that are integrated with M365.
