Key Responsibilities:

-Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models, specifically focusing on Neural Machine Translation.
-Develop algorithms to address unique challenges in language translation or related multilingual-NLP initiatives.
-Stay informed about the latest developments in machine learning, neural networks, and NLP to ensure the integration of cutting-edge techniques.

Required Skills:

Machine Learning Expertise: Strong background and experience in machine learning, with a focus on neural networks and deep learning.
Neural Machine Translation (NMT): Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing NMT models for language translation tasks.
Algorithm Development: Ability to conceptualize and implement algorithms from scratch to address specific challenges in language processing (NLP).
Programming Skills: Proficient in Python with a solid understanding of software engineering principles. Experience with frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow and Flask is essential.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:
BS in Computer Science / AI.
Fluency in both English and French

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of working as an AI/ML Engineer
