Portfolio Payrollhas an amazing opportunity for a Payroll Specialist working for anestablished corporate financial services organization in Toronto.

This individual will add to the payroll team to assist with theprocessing of several busy payroll cycles. if you are a payrollprofessional with the ability to work and be part of a bust payrollteam please read below.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full payroll production including weeklyand bi-weekly payroll cycles
  • Create and maintain efficientpayroll processes to ensure all payroll deadlines are met in a timelymanner
  • Ensure all legislation is adhered to by conductingregular audits and production reports
  • Ensure compliance withfederal, state and international laws are maintained
  • Providecustomer service to employees for any payroll related queries
  • Ensure HR and time and attendance systems are maintained andupdated to create working efficiencies with payroll system
  • Maintain confidentiality for all payroll related informationand policies
  • Assist accounts with reporting and anydiscrepancies that may occur

Qualifications

  • 3 years payroll processing experience in a busy or highvolume environment
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Strong communicationand team skills
  • Ability to hit deadlines
