What You'll Do:
Engage Homeowners: Knock on doors in residential neighborhoods to introduce our products and services and identify potential leads.
Present Solutions: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our offerings, tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of each homeowner.
Overcome Objections: Address homeowner concerns and objections with confidence, using persuasive selling techniques to close sales.
Hit Targets: Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets, consistently striving to maximize revenue and expand our customer base.
Provide Excellent Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, ensuring a positive experience and building trust and rapport.
Document Interactions: Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions, sales activities, and results for reporting purposes.

What We're Looking For:
Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required. We value drive, determination, and a willingness to learn.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are essential for engaging clients and delivering persuasive sales pitches.
Self-Motivation: We're looking for self-starters who can work independently, manage their time effectively, and stay focused on achieving results.
Resilience: Door-to-door sales can be challenging, but we're looking for individuals who can handle rejection, stay positive, and keep pushing forward.
