About Us Reversa Dermo-Cosmetics / Dermtek Pharma is a leading Canadian pharmaceutical company recognized for developing innovative, science-driven dermatological products. We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and highly organized Territory Manager to oversee the Central Montréal region and drive growth for our dermo-cosmetic and OTC product portfolios.
As a Territory Manager, you will strengthen Reversa’s presence within your territory by building strong partnerships with Store Managers, Cosmetic Managers, Pharmacy Teams, and Cosmetic Specialists. You will execute sales initiatives, elevate brand visibility, and ensure consistent product availability.
Sales Development
Assess territory potential and develop efficient route planning and scheduling.
Identify growth opportunities to increase brand market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners (Store Managers, Cosmetic Managers, Pharmacy Teams, Cosmetic Specialists).
Enhance and protect the Reversa brand image at store level.
Plan and execute in-store demonstrations and events.
Organize promotional activities and support brand visibility in-store.
Provide product and sales training to retail staff.
Manage telemarketing accounts effectively.
Sales Organization
Manage and order sales tools and merchandising materials.
Prepare detailed store visit reports, monthly schedules, and expense reports.
Coordinate sales initiatives while monitoring budget adherence.
Bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory.
Proven sales experience with the ability to evaluate objectives and deliver results.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Windows).
Ability to work within budget constraints and see projects through to completion.
Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as required.
Dermo-cosmetic experience is a significant asset.
Only candidates with experience as a Territory Manager or Sales Representative in the Cosmetic or Skincare industry will be considered.
