What you’ll be doing

The Digital Product Delivery team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the digital channel (mobile, online) with capabilities that address business objectives and ensure optimal client experience. As a Senior Product Owner on the Digital Banking Product Delivery team, you are accountable for establishing a vision for the product iterations, and delivering the product iterations that satisfies client needs and maximizes business value. You are accountable for empathizing the client needs and being a voice of the client when establishing priorities. You are accountable for understanding needs of various stakeholders (line of business, legal, risk, security, finance) and ensuring alignment across various stakeholders regarding the product iterations. You are accountable for ensuring that the product team understands and is aligned to the vision and path of delivering the product iteration. You are responsible for monitoring budget spend, benefits realization, and making choices that increase overall team efficiency.

How you’ll succeed

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working in Digital Product Management - developing and maintaining new products and services 
  • Create, Maintain and Prioritize Backlog - working with Stakeholders, business partners, analytics, and client feedback team to understand the business/customer problem and develop a product backlog that solves for client’s problems and meets business objectives.
  • Lead and collaborate on product requirements- You will lead the requirement curation process and develop user stories in a collaborative fashion with business system analysts, design, editorial, project managers, technical consultants, line of businesses and various members of the product team.
  • Serve as the internal/external subject matter expert on the product– act as primary contact for product related questions. Own and present your product to stakeholders at internal and external ceremonies. Leverage knowledge of the product and platform to support resolution of escalations and production issues in partnership with technology teams.
  • Manage each Iteration – You will manage go to market / release plans, monitor scope / schedule / budget and ensure the best ROI on the development effort with the project manager and technical leads. 
  • Validate - Ensure each iteration delivers expected resultby working closely with the development team to define, design, accept and adapt features You ensure that each increment/iteration is adding value to the customer journey.
  • Leader of Leaders – You provide leadership support to junior POs and others in the team. Look for opportunities to improve how we work.
