The Data technical Lead, Data & Analytics, will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of data projects and business projects that have a data component and establishing and documenting technical standards and best practices. This role is responsible for data solution implementation, delivering, and maintaining data specifications and practices following the introduction of new projects. The incumbent will constantly update the practices to enhance the evolution of our data ecosystem.
This position will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics.

Responsabilities :
Manage the technical scope and architecture implementation of the project before, during, and after delivery. Prioritize critical tasks and conflicting requirements with a high attention to detail. Determine root cause for data integrity gaps and provide appropriate data resolution and process remedy solutions. Design and administer data collection tools, clean, merge and manage existing data sets as well as establish and maintain data quality procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data. Recognized as a key technical resource in the team and will lead, guide, and mentor data engineering team members when needed, this includes helping to improve the team through code reviews, testing, documentation, and technical guidance. Review and document the decisions the team makes to ensure consistency and alignment with the vision. Responsible for working within a sub-functional area to ensure synergistic collaboration and attain shared goals. Responsible for actively supporting the development and enhancement of processes, priorities, and goals for a functional area. Qualifications 8+ years of IT data analytics experience in a large company and experience leading a technical team. A relevant University degree/technical certification, and relevant experience commensurate to the role. Experience on cloud solutions (AWS, Azzure...), data vault approach and Datawarehouse (Snowflake). Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, SQL, Scala... Deep understanding of big data challenges and ecosystems. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in rapidly changing environments or uncertain conditions. Ability to act as a leader for a development team, facing architects, data modelers, and the different IT and business stakeholders. Ability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies. Capable of solving complex problems by using a logical, systematic, and sequential approach Takes responsibility for the results and future direction of the organization. Comfortable working as both part of a high-performing, diverse team and as an independent performer. Able to approach a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach.
