We are currently seeking a team leader demonstrating strong leadership combined with practical and technical experience to lead a group of professionals capable of delivering complex geotechnical investigations while adhering to GHD's high health and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and leadership to a geotechnical investigation team in collaboration with the regional director;
  • Prepare technical correspondence, project proposals, reports, work plans, project specifications, cost estimates, and budgets;
  • Coordinate small to large projects, ensuring timeliness and budget adherence;
  • Participate in project management processes from start to finish;
  • Contribute to relationship development with current business partners and seek new clients;
  • Assess, manage, and mitigate geotechnical risks;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and skill development within the team;
  • Mentor and develop young professionals.

Education and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, geological engineering, or science;
  • Minimum 10 years of geotechnical experience;
  • Member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec an asset;
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle;
  • Bilingualism in French and English spoken and written;
  • Dynamic and team-oriented individual.
