ABOUT US:

DogPack is a vibrant social media app designed exclusively for dog owners. We are currently the largest online dog community in the world and are growing at a very fast pace. As a fast-paced startup, we offer a dynamic work environment with major opportunities for growth. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in our marketing department, driving user acquisition and expanding our community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to optimize user acquisition across multiple platforms.
  2. Manage and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Microsoft, App Store, Google Play Store, Reddit, etc.
  3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
  4. Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad content.
  5. Conduct market research to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  6. Maintain close attention to detail to ensure high-quality execution of marketing campaigns.
  7. Take pride in your work and strive for continuous improvement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. At least 7+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  2. Extensive knowledge of ad optimization on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Microsoft, App Store, Google Play Store, Reddit, etc.
  3. Experience using an MMP.
  4. Proficiency in using the respective ad platforms.
  5. Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics.
  6. Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and improvement.
  7. Excellent attention to detail.
  8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
