About the RoleIntegrated Marketing Manager position at OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings, Inc., is focused on building and executing OpenTable’s B2B marketing strategy. In this role you will turn business goals into integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement and adoption among restaurant partners around the world. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, storytelling and execution – bringing together teams across Restaurant Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Brand, PR and more to deliver cohesive, results-driven campaigns.What You’ll DoDevelop and lead integrated marketing strategies for key restaurant-facing initiatives — from new product launches to ongoing engagement campaignsTranslate complex business objectives into clear marketing briefs, cohesive messaging, and compelling campaign plansPartner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Brand, PR, Analytics, Operations, and B2B channel owners to bring campaigns to marketConnect channels and audiences across CRM, digital advertising, website, social, events, thought leadership content, and more — ensuring consistency and impactMonitor performance and optimize, using insights to refine strategies, inform future campaigns, and drive measurable business resultsChampion collaboration and creativity, helping connect the dots between strategy and execution across teamsBalance strategy and action — you’ll think big picture, but you’re also comfortable rolling up your sleeves to make things happenWhat You’ll Bring5–7+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or platform-based businessesProven success developing and executing integrated, cross-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable resultsStrong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills, connecting audience insights to business impactDemonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Sales, Brand, Analytics, etc.) to align on priorities and deliver unified campaignsA resourceful, self-starter mindset — comfortable managing multiple initiatives and adjusting as priorities shiftAnalytical mindset; experience using data to guide decisions, measure impact, and iterate on campaignsExcellent communication and project management skills; able to move work forward with clarity and confidenceExperience or interest in the restaurant, hospitality, or food industry is a strong plusBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requiredBenefitsWork from (almost) anywhere for up to 20 days per yearFocus on mental health and well-being – Company-paid therapy sessions through SpringHealth, Company-paid subscription to Headspace, Annual company-wide week off a yearPaid parental leaveGenerous paid vacation + time off for your birthdayPaid volunteer timeFocus on your career growth – Development Dollars, Leadership development, Access to thousands of on-demand e-learningsTravel discountsEmployee Resource Groups20 days of paid time offPrivate health and dental insuranceLife and Disability insuranceSalaryThe range for this Canada located role is $105,000 - 124,000 CAD. We offer a competitive base salary and benefits including: health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave benefits. This role is eligible to be considered for an annual bonus.Work Environment & FlexibilityAt OpenTable, we pride ourselves on fostering a global and dynamic work environment.
