New Home Listing Specialist

Livabl is looking for an enthusiastic and determined individual with a passion for real estate to join our New Home Listings Team As a New Home Listing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our new residential construction data set and work to expand and maintain our database of new community pages. 

This involves researching new construction activity and updating Livabl with the information you have collected. You will conduct online research to obtain data for new home communities according to established Livabl methodologies and will also perform outbound communication and outreach to companies for the purpose of gathering data.

What You Will Bring to the Team
The successful candidate will have experience and a skill set that reflect the following:

  • You are highly data-driven and pay extremely close attention to the details, with an ability to quickly identify errors and inconsistencies in data
  • 2+ years' experience in updating information online. This could be database work, data entry, records management, etc.
  • You’re a great communicator – you're quite comfortable in firing off emails and picking up the phone
  • You’re on top of things - you’re well organized, you know how to prioritize items, and are quick to respond to requests
  • You’re a creative problem solver with the ability to think strategically and adapt quickly 
  • Search engine savviness - you know how to manipulate Google into giving you every single detail about whatever you are looking for
  • Customer service experience is considered to be a strong asset - you know how to work with people, and how to build professional relationships
  • A strong interest in the real estate industry, particularly new construction
