Position Overview:

What You'll Do:

  1. Design and improve software, aligned with the strategic direction of the organization.
  2. Work as a bridge between business partners and engineering teams.
  3. Solve and recommend solutions for complex scenarios and issues within an agile or waterfall project structure.
  4. Provide guidance and input to sequencing within the technology roadmap.
  5. Configure new application features and deprecate existing features as needed.
  6. Develop and implement enhancements for existing applications and platforms.
  7. Maintain expert level of application knowledge with each upgrade or new application implementation.
  8. Lead the creation and review of all technical documentation.
  9. Create and manage production deployment plans.
  10. Plan for and align application security models according to best practices and license efficiency.
  11. Interact with the user community to solve problems, augment system functionality, and improve the user experience.
  12. Develop test case scenarios for QA and UAT.
  13. Other duties as assigned.

Let's Talk About You:

  1. 3-5+ years of experience as a technology expert, implementing Order Management Solutions across various Enterprise Applications platforms.
  2. Strong knowledge of D365 ERP, Salesforce, and D365 CE is an asset.
  3. Experience working with agile/scrum methodologies.
  4. Minimum of 2 full system implementations in a full Retail model or point of sale application.
  5. 5+ years experience in D365 Commerce and certification is required.
  6. Certification such as CBAP, PMI-BAP, or accompanying certification MSFT, Azure, Cloud, Salesforce services are also an asset.
  7. D365 Commerce experience is an asset.
  8. Retail certification is preferred.
  9. Superior commerce technology/platform architecture knowledge pertaining to ERP integrations.
  10. Intermediate to Advanced understanding of Power Platform, Power App, and Power Automate applications.
  11. Cloud, networks, server, IT security, and programming.
  12. Specialist in at least one programming language (e.g., Python or Java).
  13. Comprehend and compose complex SQL and M Queries.
  14. Intermediate to advanced understanding and experience in headless commerce engine, business process, and unified data.
