Job Summary
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the highest-ranking executive in the organization, responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure the company's long-term success. The CEO will work closely with the Owners, Dylan and Shannon, to develop and implement effective business strategies, manage overall operations, and foster a positive organizational culture. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire teams, drive innovation, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Duties
- Develop and implement high-level strategies to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee the organization’s operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
- Be a member of our sales team and be available for regular tours and open houses.
- Help develop and monitor marketing strategies.
- Help identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all business operations.
- Build a strong organizational structure by recruiting, mentoring, and developing top talent within the company.
- Represent the company at public events, conferences, and meetings to enhance its reputation.
Skills
- Proven experience as a CEO or in other managerial positions within a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term success while managing short-term challenges.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset to drive change.
- Familiarity with corporate governance practices and risk management strategies.
