The incumbent will work closely with the owners' team, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver a world-class facility.The ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.Team Leadership: Oversee a multidisciplinary project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the owners' team, contractors, and other stakeholders.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Quality Control: Ensure all construction activities meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.Health and Safety: Promote and enforce a culture of safety on-site, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.Reporting: Provide regular progress updates to the owners' team, including financial reporting, schedule updates, and risk assessments.Contract Management: Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts with vendors and contractors.The RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a challenging environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levelsThe RewardsThe position offers a competitive remuneration package.
