We are looking for Millwrights for one of our manufacturing clients in Simcoe County, ON.

Type - Full-time,Permanent

Shift - 8 hour day and afternoon shift

Job Responsibilities

  • Complete minor fabrication and rigging work as necessary, complete hand sketches and drawings if required
  • Completes preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and calibration
  • Ensure the work done in the field is carried out as per the company’s health and safety policies and all applicable laws
  • Ensure all completed work and notes are diligently captured in the CMMS database on a daily basis
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, inspect, repair, and replace components for industrial machinery.
  • Equipment includes bucket elevators, screw conveyors, pumps, fans, various large rotating equipment such as kilns, ball mills, etc.
  • Interpret schematics, diagrams and manuals and written technical instructions to help troubleshoot problems and repair machinery

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of heavy industrial machinery
  • Candidates with a 433A license, with a Certificate of Qualification and Certificate of Apprenticeship will be preferred.
