Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems, including invoices, receipts, and expenses.
  • Producing a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheets.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
  • Support the accounting team in month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing necessary reports and documentation.
  • Using bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets, and software such as Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications:

  • Accounting experience.
  • Excellent analytical, financial, and mathematical abilities.
