We are involved at each stage of the tax dispute process – from pre-litigation to litigation in provincial and federal courts and tribunals. Our tax litigation professionals help our clients navigate contentious issues, advocating on their behalf, for timely and fair results. We invest ourselves in our clients’ challenges and take up their cause with relentless focus, as we strive to find common ground quickly and effectively to achieve the best possible resolution. We are currently seeking an experienced Lawyer with five to seven years of experience for our Montreal office to join our Tax Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.
