About the Position
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will lead the brand communication through various channels highlighting the brand ecosystem, partnerships, events, and other experiences at STACKT. You will build and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to support the brand strategy and fulfill financial objectives, community asks and consumer demands. You will ensure that all efforts are well executed by any internal or external supporting parties, delivering value and effectiveness.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in developing the GTM (go-to-market) strategy for the brand by defining impactful marketing opportunities and sourcing channel partners including but not limited to social, digital, media, print, etc.
- Manage the execution of the approved annual plans including the financial management and KPI generation. Ensure that all plans are aligned with the company objectives and assigned targets.
- Implement email, performance marketing and web strategies to drive audience growth.
- Develop content strategy and oversee content creation, providing creative direction and leading development from start to finish.
- Perform market analysis and identify customer trends and marketing best practices to build successful awareness and launch strategies in both our existing and new regional markets.
- Work closely with all internal and external partners (vendors, suppliers, consultants), leading the relations from start to finish, ensuring all parties are accountable to deliverables and managing legal agreements, workbacks, production schedules, quoting, etc.
- Train and manage team members, freelancers, and/or direct reports, providing leadership and motivation to ensure synergy throughout the period of an agreement with stakeholders.
- Support the development of required processes and follow current procedures to create efficiencies and clear accountabilities on the team.
- Manage all necessary digital, social, and reporting tools;
build tactics or provide updates as requested by internal or external stakeholders. - Participate in company-wide meetings and communication, ensuring you are providing clear visibility to the present and future initiatives.
- Support with fostering a healthy company culture and ensure you are motivating staff members to succeed in a positive manner.

- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to work well with all levels in the company.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of +5 years of marketing-related experience, preferably in a fast-paced, professional setting
- Experience with critical thinking, designing market strategies and forecasting KPIs.
- Experience with Hootsuite, Meltwater, and other relevant project management (such as monday.Com), reporting (Google Analytics) or listening platforms.
- Proficient in MSOffice – Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, with competence in Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Drive structures.
- High school diploma, college/university is preferred.
