Associate Investment Advisor


How does the role impact the organization?

The Associate Wealth Advisor establishes new client relationships in addition to providing advisory services and support to their current clients.

What will your role be responsible for?

  • Provide information/education to clients about the purpose and details of financial products, services, and strategies;
  • Source prospective client opportunities by capitalizing on networking and referrals;
  • Promote established investment models and strategies that are suitable for our targeted clients;
  • Coordinate all money movement, strategy changes and paperwork for existing clients and prospects with the operations team as necessary;
  • Adhere to all company and industry supervisory guidelines and policies;
  • Participate in daily morning advisor meetings, training, and continuing education requirements; Attend firm client events.
  • Handle all communication with the client base including phone calls, emails and meetings;
  • Review investment products currently held in clients’ accounts, both advisory and brokerage, and reallocate to the appropriate model to help clients meet their financial objectives.

What do we expect from you?

To qualify for this opportunity you possess:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with the willingness and ability to learn new applications;
  • Extensive experience in Business development;
  • Exceptional Organizational and time management skills;
  • A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people;
  • Possess an excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation;
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize simultaneously;
  • Has a minimum of 5 years of investment advisory experience; and
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Licensed/Certifications:

  • Licensed capable with CIRO; and
  • RR licensed preferred
