As a digital product owner in the digital marketing team, your mission is to work closely with the product manager to keep our CRM products healthy and growing. You'll measure how well the product is doing and make sure it keeps getting better. Using your tech skills and agile mindset, you'll help the Product Manager figure out what our business needs are and how we can make our CRM products even better for users through digital innovation.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING FORMATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
Demonstrated expertise in product vision, feature prioritization, backlog management (JIRA), user story writing, UX advocacy, release planning, and iterative development as a product owner
Experienced in defining product KPIs and success metrics; monitoring performance, identifying and driving improvement opportunities
Skilled in building business cases for the product roadmap, and defining customer and business KPIs
Proficient in SFDC and ACC with technical skills
Skilled in writing the UAT criteria as well as managing the UAT process with the team
Effective communication skills to bridge business needs with technical teams (tech leads, developers)
Knowledgeable about databases, APIs, and system interoperability in complex innovation projects
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in CRM as a product owner
Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in digital, marketing, communications or a related field
Value-oriented, data-driven team player with excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
Mandatory bilingualism, written and spoken (English/French)
