BMW Gallery is actively searching for a Juinior WarrantyAdministrator to join our growing team in Alberta Youwill be responsible for assisting with the administration of warranty claimsand providing support to our warranty department.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • File and organizedocuments accurately and efficiently according to established procedures.
  • Retrieve documents asrequested by staff members and ensure timely delivery.
  • Scan documents andmaintain digital records as needed.
  • Assist with documentshredding and disposal in compliance with company policies andregulations.
  • Monitor and maintaininventory of office supplies related to file management.
  • Collaborate with otherteam members to ensure smooth operation of the file room.


ABOUT YOU

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a file room or administrative role preferred,but not required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-pacedenvironment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., MicrosoftOffice Suite).
  • You have a growth mindset and are continuously innovating anddeveloping your skills.
  • You thrive in anenvironment that supports collaboration and respect.
  • You thrive in anorganized environment and can effectively manage multiple tasks andpriorities while meeting deadlines.
