SUMMARY :
We seekindividuals with Cost control experience.
If you areconsidering Project Management Expertise for the next step of yourcareer and would like to be exposed to key trends and initiatives, wewould like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Structureproject budgets : develop and implement cost control strategies tooptimize project budgets and expenditures.
- Monitor projectexpenses, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to ensurecost-effectiveness.
- Produce monthly : executive summary,updated project forecasted costs and project cost sheet.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders toforecast costs and prepare budget reports.
- Conduct regularaudits to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective measures.
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunitiesfor cost savings.
- Provide guidance and support to projectteams in cost-related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degreein Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Cost Controller, Financial Analyst, orsimilar role in any industry.
- Proficiency in Excel andexcellent knowledge of accounting principles.
- Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financialdata.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy andproblem-solving.
- Certification in Cost Control (e.g., CMA,CIMA) is a plus.
