SUMMARY:
We seek individuals with Cost control experience.

Responsibilities:
- Structure project budgets : develop and implement cost control strategies to optimize project budgets and expenditures.
- Monitor project expenses, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Produce monthly : executive summary, updated project forecasted costs and project cost sheet.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to forecast costs and prepare budget reports.
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective measures.
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams in cost-related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Cost Controller, Financial Analyst, or similar role in any industry.
- Proficiency in Excel and excellent knowledge of accounting principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
- Certification in Cost Control (e.g., CMA, CIMA) is a plus.
