*Position Summary:*

Provide compassionate clinical care to Residents in a team environment.

*Qualifications:*
* Registered Practical Nurse with a current certificate of competence with the College of Nurses
* Proof of medication administration education/competency
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Leadership ability
* Demonstrated ability to participate and function in a Team environment
* Understanding of and commitment to Resident centered care
* First Aid/CPR certification
* Other related certification an asset

*Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Dispensing of medication
* Treatment of dressing changes
* Communication with physicians and families
* Supervises and directs on-floor Team Members where required
* Problem solving complex situation
* Participate in the ongoing assessment of Resident care needs, monitoring and reporting the condition of all Residents
* Follow established duties and job routines outlined in S&R policies and procedures
* Support the principles of Continuous Quality Improvement
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $23.97 per hour

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Evening shift
* Night shift
* Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:
* Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (required)

Work Location: In person
