JOIN OUR TEAM Become a valued member of our team as a Marketing and Communications Manager This administrative role is essential in supporting our communications team with the development and execution of a variety of marketing and communications initiatives. You’ll be at the heart of our efforts, maintaining our diverse communication platforms, including social media marketing, website management, and creating engaging marketing materials. Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute regular updates to various digital communications platforms.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread communications-related material, from verbal or written information.
  • Create and modify documents using MS Office and Adobe PDF.
  • Develop and maintain contact database systems.
  • Coordinate project-based work.
  • Coordination of Marketing Requests, calendar, coordinating deliverable deadlines and external advertising (i.e. booking newspaper advertising, etc).
  • Other duties as requested

Qualifications:
  • Relevant educational or employment experience.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Customer.io, Mailchimp.
  • Experience with social media marketing, Google Analytics, and/or content marketing.
  • Post-secondary studies in digital media and/or marketing are considered an asset.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products, with emphasis on Word and Excel, is required.
  • Proficiency in English language skills is required; proficiency in French and/or other languages is considered an asset
  • Strong Organization and time management skills are essential
  • High Level of digital literacy is essential (comfort with MS Office Suite and Social Media, with a capacity/interest in developing additional digital literacy skills)
  • Strong communications skills, both verbally and written.
