As a Legal Practice Assistant in the Labour & Employment team, you will be at the heart of the firm's operations, ensuring smooth workflow and top-tier client service. You will coordinate key legal tasks, support multiple lawyers, and manage crucial administrative functions to keep the team running efficiently.

Provide proactive legal administrative support, ensuring seamless case management.
Coordinate scheduling, meetings, deadlines, and court dates for legal teams.
Handle billing, collections, and matter intake to ensure smooth financial operations.
Support document preparation and organization, ensuring compliance with legal procedures.

College Diploma in Legal Assistance or Law Clerk certification.
~5+ years of legal assistant experience, preferably in labour & employment law.
~ High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and document management systems.
~ Strong knowledge of matter management, client intake, and billing procedures.
