ROLE: Tech Lead
Qualifications:
  1. Experience providing technical guidance to and overseeing delivery teams.
  2. Experience identifying project priorities and developing and updating work schedules for project team members.
  3. Experience identifying project risks and creating mitigation plans and managing known issues to minimize project disruptions.
  4. Experience ensuring solutions align with defined technology standards and road maps.
  5. Experience reviewing designs, code and packaged solutions and providing feedback and direction where necessary.
  6. Experience providing active and regular communication with technical team members.
  7. Experience writing and presenting regular status reports.
  8. Experience ensuring the technical execution of the program is aligned with strategic technology direction, and that standards and road maps evolve to meet the detailed and evolving needs of technical solutions that vendors bring to the client space.
  9. Experience eliciting, documenting and validating requirements documentation, presentations, as well as information and decision items for various audiences including senior leaders.
  10. Experience working with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
  11. Experience collaborating with technical and business personnel to ensure solutions meet business goals.
  12. Experience working across multiple business units and organizations.
  13. Experience providing technical guidance and support to technical teams.
  14. Experience providing collaborative oversight on solution design and delivery.
  15. Ability to delegate tasks in order to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals.
  16. Experience identifying and mitigating risks and issues associated with the selected solution.
  17. Experience implementing complex data driven software solutions.
  18. Experience implementing integrated software packages.
  19. Experience working with both agile and traditional (waterfall) project delivery methodologies.
  20. Must be a self-starter with the ability to operate with little supervision in fast paced and complex environments.
  21. Experience working as a senior Technical Lead on at least 5 projects or 5 years of experience working as a Technical Lead.
  22. Ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in computer science, or other applicable degree and at least 5 years of related experience (or equivalent).

Additional Skills:
  1. Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands.
  2. Clear understanding of IT security vulnerability requirements and disciplines.
  3. Possess a clear understanding of IT security Vulnerability Detection Solutions.
  4. Ability to communicate complex security vulnerability issues in an effective manner to all levels of the organization including senior leaders, technical staff, frontline staff, etc.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team building.
  6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  7. Ability to identify and contribute to the removal of team impediments.
  8. Ability to collaborate closely with various project teams such as developers, project managers, and analysts, to ensure effective implementation of solutions that achieve organizational objectives.
  9. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  11. Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
  12. Ability to demonstrate conceptual thinking.
  13. Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation, leadership and consulting skills.
  14. Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other IT professionals to create cohesive and efficient systems that meet the needs of the business.
  15. Ability to facilitate and support discussions with multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
  16. Ability to navigate and build strong relationships in a large, complex multi-enterprise environment that includes customers with difficult and/or competing needs.
  17. Solid knowledge of Agile principles and practices.

Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, Engineering), from recognized universities is a desirable criteria in our selection process.
