Indigenous communities are important contributors to natural and sustainable resource management. As a skilled communicator with a sound grasp of natural resource management, you will use your in-depth knowledge of Indigenous culture and issues to work with Indigenous people, non-Indigenous communities and others on a variety of resource management issues. This is a rewarding role and we encourage you to apply to this opportunity with the Regional Operations Division at the Ministry of Natural Resources.

  • Generous pregnancy/parental leave top-up benefits
  • Short- and long-term disability insurance for added security when life throws you curveballs
  • Huge variety of development opportunities both within the division and across the public service
  • We understand that your employer should offer more than just a paycheque: enjoy three weeks of vacation days a year to start, ability to apply for a variety of leaves, and access to compressed work week and telework.
OPS Commitment to Diversity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Anti-Racism:

We are committed to build a workforce that reflects the communities we serve and to promote a diverse, anti-racist, inclusive, accessible, merit-based, respectful and equitable workplace.
