You will obtain product expertise and gain the ability to explain, configure and demonstrate functionality to our customers and partners. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes for our customers.Mode of WorkHybridJob MandateLead customer engagements from a functional and integration perspective / play an active lead role in a teamBe a part of a collaborative cross‑functional squad delivering value to a customerOwn accountability of key project/customer deliverablesLead and perform in a customer facing roleWhat will you do?Elicit, clarify, and document business requirementsStrong ability to articulate key functional capabilities of SaaS solution suiteLead in fit‑gap analysis exercise to assess business requirements and align them with out of the box capabilities and work closely with cross‑functional teams to determine action plan to address gapsEstablish user stories and backlog items, and prepare test specifications utilizing agile methodologyPrepare key implementation deliverables: business requirements documentation, functional specification document and test strategy documentOrganize and execute functional tests as well as integration tests within and across functional areasArticulate the solution as part of the enterprise from a business perspectiveWhat do I need to succeed?Must haveBachelor’s degree (relevant experience can alternatively be considered) in Computer Science, Finance, or related fields.3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Functional consulting in the Banking industryData analytical skills; ability to analyze and triage new configuration requests on the Zafin applicationBroad, enterprise‑wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes, and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance within the banking and financial services domainExceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizationsTeam player, able to collaborate and work effectively at all levels of the organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensusGoal‑oriented, getting the job done in a positive, reliable, and inspiring mannerStrong situational analysis and decision‑making abilitiesStrong negotiation skills bundled with the ability to explain details/recommendations to customers logicallyProactive attitude, high willingness, and capability to pick up and slice complex requirements quickly while collaborating closely within a fast‑paced environmentAbility to act as liaison conveying information needs of the business accurately to both internal and external stakeholdersDomain knowledge of banking and financial institutions and/or large enterprise IT environmentBasic knowledge of cloud concepts (goal to work towards) and SaaS applicationsWhat’s in it for youJoining our team means being part of a culture that values diversity, teamwork, and high‑quality work.
