THE POSITION

As a Field Sales Consultant (FSC), you will deliver solutions to health care professionals directly to the customer, developing and growing business throughout your assigned territory, targeting new customers as well as maintaining established customers. This role requires face to face communication combined with the responsibility of promoting Henry Schein’s products, service, and sales programs. You are comfortable managing and understanding key performance elements such as sales volume, sales growth rates and gross margin management. You have dental knowledge, business to business experience and a passion for selling all-encompassing business solutions, enjoying work within a highly driven sales and leadership team. You enjoy working collaboratively with others and like to facilitate and participate in training sessions as required.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

You have a post-secondary education in Business, Business Administration or Marketing complemented by a deep commitment to customer satisfaction and at least three years of successful business to business sales. Along with your exceptional influencing, negotiation and relationship building skills, you have a demonstrated passion for sales and building strong customer business partnerships. Naturally collaborative, you understand that it takes a team of professionals armed with the best products and services to secure the business.
