Our valued client is looking for a Sr. Deskside Technical Support Specialist to maintain and support IT equipment and software.

This is an on-site position in Montreal, QC.

Tasks include:

  • Desktop support responsible for end user computing.
  • Maintain & support AV equipment in conference rooms and support additional audio/video requirements for events including town-hall meetings, VTC support, and webcasts.
  • Printer support.
  • Windows OS installation, testing, and deployment of Windows images to LM Canada systems.
  • Ensure IT practices are completed in accordance with LM Security practices.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of computer hardware and other IT equipment.
  • Professional communication.

Must have:

  • Experience supporting audio/visual equipment/software for use in conference rooms.
  • Eligible for secret clearance with the Federal Government.

Nice to have:

  • Community college diploma (technician).
  • Experience providing IT support in a production environment (in addition to general office IT).
