Key Responsibilities of the Role:

ML Model & Algorithm Development:

Develop sophisticated ML models and algorithms, focusing on electric vehicle challenges such as range estimation and predictive maintenance. Expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning is essential.

MLOps and Deployment:

Design robust ML pipelines for data processing, model training, validation, and seamless deployment using tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Drive efficiency with CI/CD and deploy models as microservices for optimal reliability.

Data Engineering Skills:

Handle large, complex datasets from varied sources, leveraging SQL and data storage solutions to fuel our data-driven innovations. Understanding of ETL processes and event-driven frameworks is vital.

Problem-Solving & Innovation:

Break down complex challenges into actionable solutions, showcasing strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Structured R&D and Experimental Design:

Lead ML research projects, maintain meticulous records, and continuously integrate the latest techniques and best practices in machine learning and electric vehicle tech.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Core Competencies:

ML Model Development :
Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn for model selection and tuning.

MLOps and CI/CD:
