Associate Vice President, Program Quality

The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for Academic Quality and Operational Excellence. This senior leadership role is pivotal in providing agile strategic academic and administrative leadership to achieve the Academic Plan and institutional objectives. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Academic Leadership Team, contributing to the development of academic and business plans, financial strategies, and performance objectives. The role encompasses setting the strategic direction for academic quality, program evaluation, learning technology, and various academic and operational functions. The AVP will also be responsible for driving and advancing both internal and external relationships, maintaining oversight of centralized services, and managing the portfolio's budget.
Candidates for this position at The Company should possess an undergraduate degree, with a graduate degree preferred, and have recent experience in a senior leadership role within a complex organization, particularly within an academic institution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in the application of core competencies such as driving vision and purpose, balancing stakeholders, strategic mindset, driving results, and instilling trust. Essential qualifications include a sound understanding of academic and administrative leadership in a post-secondary environment, as well as knowledge of educational, human resource, and quality management theory and practices. The role requires a leader who can cultivate a culture of innovation, advance collaborative relationships, and ensure the success of the academic portfolio.
