This position is a 12-month co-op/new grad placement beginning January 2025.


About the role

The Regulatory Affairs Associate supports the Regulatory Affairs Manager with various regulatory activities.


Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Maintain regulatory documentation and records.
  2. Assist in preparing and compiling submissions and routine reports.
  3. Respond to information requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Evaluate and advise on the technical documents for the submission.
  5. Assist with regulatory assessment of new products and changes made to the product.
  6. Assist in development of regulatory affairs strategy.
  7. Labeling and promotional material review.
  8. Annual license renewals and registrations.
  9. Adhere to and promote the adherence to all Corporate, Quality and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  10. Other duties as required.

Required qualifications:
  1. Actively enrolled in a Life Sciences or related degree or a recent graduate from a Life Sciences or related degree.
  2. Proficient in MS Office.
  3. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  4. Proven work ethics and positive attitude.
  5. Attention to accuracy, detail and deadlines.

Preferred qualifications:
  1. Pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate in Regulatory Affairs.
  2. Excellent customer services skills.
  3. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Capable of working individually and/or in a team setting.
  5. Ability to adapt and be flexible.
