Responsibilities Power BI Technical Lead, design, development, and delivery of Power BI dashboards and reports for enterprise analytics. Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders and data teams to transform requirements into actionable insights. Lead Power BI development dashboards, reports, and data models. Define and enforce Power BI standards (naming, security, performance). Work with business analysts to gather requirements and translate into visuals. Optimize DAX queries, data models, and refresh schedules for performance. Manage Power BI Service workspaces, datasets, gateways, and security roles. Integrate Power BI with data sources (SQL, Azure, APIs). Ensure data governance and compliance with organizational policies. Mentor team members and review deliverables for quality.
