**What role will you play?**:
The Data Analytics BI Lead role is to lead and mentor a group of BI developers; enable our business partners with their analytical and reporting requirements; define processes, technical solutions, and configuration of technology capabilities; and ensure the overall BI solutions are aligned with corporate IT strategy.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Provide technical expertise to BI developers, technical teams, and business partners.
- Provide technical expertise on BI solutions and troubleshooting affecting our BI capabilities and services.
- Setting a continuous development process and documentation improvement practice.
- Leading POCs, experimentation, and investigation on new BI capabilities/tools.
- Work with our external technical partners to consult with new solutions or strategies as required.
- Set goals and review teams performance
- Setup regular meetings with the BI developers and business partners
- Attend weekly intake meeting with our business partners for work prioritization
- Attend daily stand-up calls with the Product team
- Provide hands on development of BI requirements as required

**What does it take for this role to be yours?**:

- The BI Lead must have a proven record on leading a team of BI developers.
- Have successfully implemented on-prem and cloud BI Technology solution from design to hands on configuration.
- Proven technical BI work experience with cloud(AWS,Azure) analytical services platform.
- Hands on experience with BI Tools(Power BI, QuickSight, Tableau, SAP BO )
- Hands on experience with sql scripting.
- Good understanding of Advanced Analytics and ML/AI
- Must be able articulate and explain conceptual ideas/solutions to different audiences from technical teams to business partners.
- Must be a team player.

**Education and certification**:
Academic : Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, informatics, engineering (software, hardware, network)or a related field

OR approximately 3 - 5+ year’s of relevant experience
