Digital Product Analyst

Digital Product Analyst at LGECI DXP Team will be responsible to own digital products, the performance maintenance and enhancement. This position will be responsible for developing LG.com eCommerce go-to-market strategy based on deep understandings on platform UX/UI design and functionality. This position will be supporting our system integration, promotional content management, and platform UX/UI development. These responsibilities will require market research, ideation, validation, and analysis to identify opportunities for LG OBS (Online Brand Store). Conducting user research and data analysis, Digital Product Analyst will iteratively pursue improvement in user journey on LG.com and the platform design.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

UX/UI Management:

  • Understand the current state of LG.com functionalities and UX/UI design and define opportunities and risks that would impact on customer’s shop experience and LG OBS (Online Brand Store) business goal.
  • Plan and execute visual asset and copies creation for LG OBS finding competitive partners, collaborating with them and measuring/improving performance.
  • Manage and assess LG.com eCommerce configuration (GP1 Admin) for promotion price, message, tag, pop-up, notification, package deal, pre-order and redemption content registration.
  • Lead LG.com and OBS integration and enhancement to ensure all stakeholders aligned and the result fulfills requirements for OBS business.
  • Assure quality of promotional contents posted at multiple touchpoints across LG.com and that they draw desirable customer journey with different intents.
  • Build LG.com shop content strategy considering the internal and external traffic flows in order to drive traffic to OBS and increase the conversion holistically.
  • Define KPI for digital product management and Conduct periodic assessment on digital products management and report to upper management to suggest the next step.

OBS Visual Planning & Analyzing:

  • Work collaboratively with other Business Units (BU) to develop and manage OBS product roadmap for New Product Introduction (NPI) and different types of promotions held throughout the year.
  • Support other BUs to effectively present promotional banners and webpages across LG.com according to a promotion calendar and content matrix.
  • Deliver a presentation on the current status of UX/UI development, future enhancement plan and execution report to various stakeholders so team can be on the same page regarding content restriction/capability.
  • Lead cross-BU promotions and the visual presentation on LG.com and keep their performance on track to measure KPI.
  • Respond to potential legal risks that could rise for promotional contents and collaborate with HQ and developers to mitigate that in long run.

Project Management:

  • Mainly lead content related projects (e.g. new services, features, membership and partnership, etc.) with OBS visual strategy.
  • Participate in projects with complexity that involve multiple stakeholders from different expertise: UX/UI Design, Legal, IT, Solution Architect, Marketing, Business Units and external developers and marketing agencies.
  • Support OBS platform enhancement projects with deep understandings on design guidelines and technical requirements liaising between internal stakeholders with counterparts at HQ.
  • Lead any design related projects that HQ drives in terms of content, UX/UI application, development, issue finding & resolving case representing LG Electronics Canada.
  • Analyze pros and cons of multiple backend platforms used for promotional content management and suggest/execute a process to manage restrictions following up the actual enhancement with HQ.

Data Analytics:

  • Leverage analytics to perform A/B testing on new digital products.
  • Implement case study to read market trends and suggest business use case for OBS.
  • Analyze traffic that entered to new webpage or/and click on certain contents and sales impacted by new digital products.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • 2+ years of corporate work experience, preferably as an eCommerce or/and UX/UI Design role.
  • Experience in digital transformation, UX/UI design, A/B testing, Google Ad, Magento, Amazon Seller Central and/or AEM.
  • Photoshop
  • French literacy are plus.
  • Liaising with cross functional teams.
  • Considering the process and requirements.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Proven ability to function effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekend when required.
  • Strong interpersonal skill and communication skills
  • Strong experience in Agile methodology
  • Flexible working hours (extended hours to work with HQ)
