Job Description

Our client is one of Ireland's largest main contractors. We are looking for a candidate to participate in the Design and Build of Lab Admin Building at the new campus in Raheen Co. Limerick. The responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting with the implementation of the MEP deliverables on the project.
  2. Providing quality control for Mechanical Engineering on the project.
  3. Working collaboratively with the project, design team, and subcontractors.
  4. Assisting Project Manager and Engineers in all work relating to the safe and timely completion of the projects.
  5. Inspecting all installation works against the agreed level of the approved quality plan.
  6. Attending project meetings.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Third level qualification in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in electrical services installations.
  • Ability to undertake all aspects of building services, working on a wide variety of modern plant, equipment, and systems controlled by BMS.
  • Skills in ensuring design, installation, and commissioning of complex M&E packages.
  • Previous project experience in Industrial/Pharma/ preferable, and main contractors.
  • Excellent IT skills – knowledge of Revit/BIM, Microsoft.

Package: Salary negotiable dependent on experience. This is a full-time permanent staff role.
