Corporate Marketing Associate

We are looking for a Corporate Marketing Associate with 2-4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, project coordination, and/or data management to add to our team of 5 account marketers and 10 creative team members. Our marketing team is responsible for helping to meet the business goals of our business units and subsidiary companies by developing and executing marketing strategies for a variety of HVAC products and solutions.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Corporate Marketing Associate has a differentiated position on the team, responsible for the marketing, communications, and associated projects of our internal departments and cross-company teams, including working with Training and Education, Human Resources, Facilities, and more. This position also works directly with Price’s senior leadership, including the CEO, on mission-critical marketing objectives. This position may also support business unit or subsidiary marketing needs as required. The Corporate Marketing Associate position requires someone who has interest in and comfort with digital systems and software, parsing and understanding data to help support marketing and business strategy. The position also requires managing projects from concept to execution, developing a deep understanding of the company’s values and products, and communicating well with stakeholders and team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Use digital tools (Google Analytics, SEO software, email management platforms, social media, and WordPress) to monitor and optimize marketing performance.
  2. Execute core marketing tasks, such as the creation of product literature, video content, website development and maintenance, social media, signage, and promotional materials.
  3. Collaborate with Leaders, Product Managers, Engineers and others to ensure marketing tactics align with the overall strategic goals for each stakeholder group.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal clients at all levels, from factory floor to CEO.
  5. Write and communicate effectively.
  6. Work closely with an in-house creative team to bring marketing materials to life.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  1. 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing and project coordination.
  2. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging content.
  3. Experience with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEO software, social media, and email management platforms.
  4. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  5. The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  6. A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-oriented rather than competitive atmosphere.
  7. A vision and initiative to suggest and create new processes or projects that contribute to the success of the department and the company.
  8. Ease with Microsoft Excel, OneDrive, and Outlook, and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications:

  1. Degree or diploma in Business, Creative Communications, or Engineering.
  2. 2-4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, project coordination, and/or data management.
  3. A proactive, team-oriented mindset, with enthusiasm for innovation, performance, and professional growth.
  4. Willingness to travel within Canada and the U.S. as required.

Should this excellent opportunity interest you, please submit your resume, including salary expectations.
