  1. Be licensed and in good standing to practice law in a Canadian jurisdiction;
  2. 4-7 years of related experience from a reputable national, regional, or boutique firm;
  3. Have demonstrated corporate/commercial litigation experience from a well-regarded law firm;
  4. Be experienced in analyzing and conveying complex legal issues in a practical manner that is useful to more senior lawyers and clients;
  5. Exhibit exceptional client service, interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and confidence to take initiative;
  6. Demonstrate a responsive attitude, eagerness to learn, adaptability, and enjoyment in working with our collaborative and collegial firm.
