Our Poland office serves as a center of excellence, dedicated to optimizing engineering processes. As a Technical Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of 5-6 individuals, acting as both a Manager and Tech Lead. You will have the unique opportunity to build and shape the team in Poland from the ground up.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Guiding your team to deliver high-quality software
  2. Leading recruitment, coaching, and mentoring efforts
  3. Overseeing project milestones to ensure product quality and performance
  4. Promoting cutting-edge engineering practices
  5. Fostering professional growth within your team
  6. Collaborating with stakeholders such as product and project managers
  7. Ensuring the delivery of reliable and scalable software

To excel in this role, you should have:
  • Experience in leading and developing teams
  • Proficiency in Java
  • Knowledge of frontend technologies (Vue.js preferred)
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
  • Expertise in high-performance software
  • Strong mentoring and team development skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have:
  • Proficiency in Polish
  • Experience with databases (relational and non-relational)
  • Knowledge of Node.js
  • Familiarity with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Prior experience in a Product Company
