Who are we?

XNRGY Climate Systems is a North American leader in sustainable design and advanced manufacturing of custom air treatment systems focused on research and energy development contributing to the reduction of carbon footprint. XNRGY is seeking a Project Manager , who will report to the Director of Project Management, and who will be responsible to manage the project delivery for Products in Development and/or for awarded Projects in Production for the XNRGY group. The position will be critical to guarantee that all Product related projects will be done according to XNRGY standards and deliver on quality, time and cost. As part of your role, you’ll be supporting the design of new innovative Products as well ensuring the readiness in the delivery of awarded projects to the production site. Beyond the implementation of a new manufacturing site, you will help to build a new motived and talented team which will support the XNRGY`s growth.

An overview of your responsibilities:

· Responsible of the delivery of the overall activities for Product Development which includes Product Performance, Design, Timing, Cost as well as Operational Budget, CAPEX and Management presentations;
· Responsible of the delivery of the overall activities for awarded projects to be produced which include delivery on time, on cost and performance as well as reporting and presentation;
· Oversee a multidisciplinary team of engineers, conceptors, and buyers in the development activities;
· Assess risks with the team and develop an action plan to mitigate those risks;
· Collaborate with all functions of the company to ensure tight coordination and fluid communication;
· Develop and implement new project management processes and tools to improve project management efficiency.

What you'll need, among other things

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering;
· Experience in Project Management of highly complex manufacturing products;
· Good understanding of complex and highly integrated products;
· Experience working with evolving multi-disciplinary teams;
· Excellent Leadership, structured and rigorous;
· Driven with a strong ability to work in a start up environment;
· Bilingual , French and English spoken and written.
