Job Summary

  • Participate in the development of the PMO office function by defining and installing Best in Class methodologies 
  • Sets metrics and processes to provide dashboards and status to review the overall status of the VFFICE project's portfolio to the management 
  • Act as a Project Manager on client projects to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction
  • Responsible to track project performance, specifically to deliver the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Define the scope of the project, set deadlines and responsibilities, monitor progress and manage all other essential aspects of the project such as the budget, communications...
  • Coordinate internal and customers resources for the flawless execution of projects
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders to deliver best coordinated project execution
  • Evaluate and manage changes to system requirements to meet client current and future needs
  • Prepare status reports and metrics by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
  • Seeks opportunities to further grow the client relation by finding gaps and proposing added services and solutions as well as defining long term visions for the clients
  • Participate to the project pricing process 
  • Conducts post-project evaluation and finding successful and unsuccessful project elements to further improve VFFICE project methodology
  • Continuously seeking new ways to improve VFFICE project execution by leveraging all available technologies
  • Participate in building a culture of success, team spirt and great environment for VFFICE team members

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business management technology, or other related and pertinent fields

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies

• Focus on results, and solution driven attitude

• Good management of priorities

• Excellent communication skills

• Good negotiation capabilities, problem solving, relation management with confidence and ease

• Good understanding in Business Solutions such as ERP and CRM 

• Knowledgeable in technology solution implementation

• Strong knowledge of database systems

• Bilingual (French and English) with strong spoken and written skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

• Proficient in all Microsoft and technological solutions

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in the field or a related area
