DAY BY DAY:Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join a large retail client on a 6-month contract. Working on a Salesforce team, you will be working alongside agile professionals and collaborate with the cross functional stakeholders to manage the customer journey. The Salesforce Business Analyst will: * Work closely on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Personalization related enhancements and customizations through collaborating with business and technical stakeholders. * Review the Jira board and update the status of various tasks. * Participate in daily stand-up meetings as a part of the Agile process. * Run a Backlog Grooming Ceremony in Jira, including reviewing the backlog items, ensuring they are properly defined and prioritized, and making sure they align with the project's goals. * Create user stories (i.e., guest journeys) by creating user process flow diagrams. * Gather and document requirements for new features or enhancements by working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. * Collaborate with UX Designers and Developers to help implement solutions by explaining requirements and providing feedback on implemented features. * Run UAT Testing with business stakeholders to validate requirements and implement changes as needed.MUST HAVES: * 5+ years as a Business Analyst * 3+ years project experience with Salesforce Marketing cloud * 3+ years project experience with Salesforce Personalization -previously known as Interaction studio- or an adjacent personalization project * Strong comprehension of Agile BA Fundamentals including experience as an active participant in all the ceremonies which make up a sprint * Experience running a Backlog Grooming Ceremony in Jira * Experience creating user stories (i.e guest journeys) such as through creating user process flow diagrams * Experience working with Confluence and Jira (ie. Managing the Jira board) * Strong requirement gathering and documenting skills * Experience working with UX Designers and Developers to help implement solutions * Proven ability as a self starter and as an accountable, organized worker * Strong communication skills and an authentic, collaborative individual PLUSSES: * Project experience with Salesforce Personalization implementations/enhancements * E-commerce experience * Retail Experience * Testing experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud * You have strong knowledge or interest in the outdoor, ski, or sporting goods industries
