Our Operator Training Department is available 7 days a week to ensure your operators are safe and as productive as possible. R-Go Lift Trucks Parts Department is one of the largest and most comprehensive in the city. With over $1.4 Million Dollars of parts on hand for ALL Makes and Models we are able to get your forklift back up and running as quickly as possible and at the right price. Ri-Go Lift is your lift truck specialist.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerial Technician to service, repair, and maintain a range of aerial devices including scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, and other aerial work platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, and other aerial devices.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
  • Conduct safety inspections to ensure all equipment complies with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Assist with the setup and teardown of equipment as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in servicing and repairing aerial devices, including scissor lifts, boom lifts, and telehandlers.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in aerial device repair or a related field.
  • Familiarity with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
  • Experience with a variety of aerial work platforms and related equipment.
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components.
